The laws of the Tao - 5 - Preserver the emptiness * As leis do Tao - 5 - Perservar o vazio * Las leyes del Tao - 5 - Perservar el vacío * Les lois du Tao - 5 - PerServer le vide

Entre o Céu e a Terra existe um grande vazio;

Demasiadas palavras conduzem a menor compreensão;

(O Silencio).

The laws of the Tao - 5 - PerServer void

Heaven and Earth treat all beings equally:
with great kindness.

The wise man treats all beings alike:
with great kindness.

Between Heaven and Earth there is a great void;
such as a bag without seams,
as the hole in a bamboo flute.
This void can not be exceeded:
let alone move, the more it grows.

Too many words leads to less understanding;
and therefore this is the best way to store the vacuum.

(Silence).
